The hotel itself was great we loved the design and decorations. The bedrooms were decorated nicely and the room was very clean. Location was in a perfect area, quiet and nice to walk around. We liked the breakfast as well (maybe wish there was more variety or options), but it was still very good.

Room was a good size, with comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with good shower. Coffee machine and a kettle to make tea. Continental breakfast with good selection of food served till 11 am. Excellent location for the Southbank Bourgha Market, The Globe theatre and The Tate gallery a 5 - 10 minute walk. London Bridge station 15 minute walk Reception area quite small with odd decor. Asked for a non slip mat for the shower but they didn't have one so used a hand towel. Drinks machine at breakfast wasn't very nice

The Decor and theam of the hotel, the friendly and helpful staff. The lovely room and air-conditioning to keep it nice and cool. The ethos of saving water by not cleaning the room every day. The comfortable bed and extra pillow available as well as the iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The lovely spread of the continental breakfast with freshly baked baguettes and pastries. That it wasn't advertised as having a continental breakfast as a full English breakfast buffet was expected. That the flush in the room was a bit dodgy and that the room was so far from the lift.

Everything. Had a great stay. Nothing.

Staff on reception were lovely and friendly. There's a water tower and fruit in reception, free to guests 24/7, which was much appreciated during the heatwave. You can rent an umbrella, if needed, in the reception area. My room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Room was quiet. Bed comfy. Excellent location for The Globe theatre. A quick walk from Cannon St and Bank tube stations.

Very good

Excellent location and good breakfast buffet in the morning. Mattress in my room was old and sunken in which made for a very uncomfortable sleep. Shower drain is clogged a bit so water was pooling quite a bit and the shower door didn’t close properly. Most disappointing though is that this hotel has started charging to leave bags for early check-in which should be a standard service and previously never something I had to pay for.

V expensive for an oudated accomodation, room was small and very basic, lighting was awful Price, decor and overall style

Very welcoming helpful staff. Very good breakfast Great location next to borough market and a short stroll from the river Nothing really a bit of a queue for breakfast at 10 am on a Sunday , but it cleared quickly and all staff were working hard to clear tables to enable this. Just ho at 9.30 or 10.15 and its fine

Quirky, great view of the Shard, excellent location, 24Hr reception, huge breakfast included. Had to pay £6 a day to leave luggage stored.

Great staff

Location, staff, breakfast and decor The rooms are extremely dark even in the middle of the day. Room lighting is extremely poor. The inside of the closet is painted black so we didn't use it for fear of loosing something. We used our phone light to see in the room. We were not reading or doing other fine work just trying to go through luggage, etc.

Location Themed bedroom was very unusual and reception staff weren’t very helpful
