In leafy Rotherhithe, this YHA hostel is just a few yards from the banks of the Thames, 10 minutes’ walk from Rotherhithe Overground station or 15 minutes from Canada Water Tube Station. It has an on-site café/bar and restaurant and 24-hour reception. Most of the YHA London Thameside’s rooms contain bunk beds, and all have bathroom facilities. Bed linen is provided. The O2 Arena is a 5-minute Tube journey, while the stylish bars and restaurants of Canary Wharf are 1 Tube stop away. The South Bank, with London Bridge and theaters, is 2 miles away along the river. Pastries, savory snacks and drinks are on offer at Quays café/bar, and the Traders Gallery restaurant has a varied menu. There is also a TV lounge and luggage storage available for a surcharge

Everything, mainly the Staff where so kind and fun to talk.

The view from my room in the 4th floor was incredibly. Free Wifi that doesn't work, not even in the common areas. Beds are really uncomfortable. Bathroom was ok.

Very friendly staff with good transport connections and clean accommodation Smaller things such as the soap dispenser in the bathroom not being filled up, other than that, very nice accommodation.

The staff was lovely and tube was 10 min walk It was super hot and the fan wasn’t very useful, so it was quite literally boiling as you couldn’t even open the windows well

Refilling station inside. If you're looking for a quiet place,by the river,next to a river view Pub, with a bus stop by the door, this is in a great location. Safe area. Mattresses weren't perfect for a 50s couple. Too hot in summer months.

It was close to the bus station and it was very clean The bathroom was too small and everything inside was all worn out. The kitchen is very small and doesn’t have enough dishes

Really easy to find, good quiet location and helpful staff. Really nice pizza! Beds in dorm room were a little hard, but I don't mind that for the money!
