The hotel is conveniently located in Canary Wharf with easy access to the underground station (5-10 minutes by foot). The room was large, comfortable and equipped with all the amenities one can expect from a high end hotel. The room was comfortable and clean but perhaps a bit old.

The stay was amazing, first time I booked this hotel, and the experience was beyond my expectations, staff were soo welcoming, complementary drinks were giving, I will defiantly be returning again and would recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing calm time. Also I booked a massage at hotel and me and my husband had the best massages ever.. I booked a couple treatment and was a amazing... I want to thank the therapist Neringa & Rasq who were very kind and made the experience amazing!! Thank you.

We stayed on the 7th floor. The view was okay with a decent view of Canary Wharf. The room was spacious looked lovely. The storage was more than enough and bathroom was very nice too and clean. The bed was large and very comfy. The hotel lobby and areas were clean and also really nice. For a 5 star hotel and the price we paid, we came across a few issues. In the room there was bits which had wear and tear like lamps not working and peeled wallpaper. We did not have basics like a hairdryer or normal sized cups to have coffee and tea. Around midnight on one of the days we tried to order food. I had to call the recpetion in which we was told someone will contact us. After an hour I had to ring again with the staff member seeming quite rude. Eventually I ordered a dirty burger, although I fancied something light I asked for eggs and toast in which we was told they have no eggs so I just ordered a burger which came with an egg. The food arrived very late with no cutlery or napkins which was annoying. After this we was reluctant to call for room service which made us put off requesting items etc. On the following day, I must have forgot to put the do not distrub sign up when a cleaner arrived. Whilst we was getting ready to go out, the cleaner who I think English was her second language walked past me into the room and said she had to clean eventhough I said this was not a good time. After a good few times she eventually left. After that when they did finally clean they took my partners face cloth which were clearly different from the hotel cloths. In which I then had to ring and ask for them to be returned. A staff memeber came to the room and gave us replacement ones as the others had been lost. It is not something I would expect for a 5 star hotel and for the price we paid. It just made the stay uncomftable and annoying at times.

Value for money for sure, good facilities (pool, gym). Food good - even on lonely mondays. Proximity to both canary wharf and city great. Coffe tea and non-fresh orange juice too pricy. But thats monor detail

Location is great, hotel services and staff are great. Room was very comfortable. Facilities are clean and hotel is in the heart of canary wharf, which is very convenient. Breakfast service definitely needs some attention. Veg food options were very limited. Staff looked rushed and service was poor.

Nice view from the pool No towel in the bedroom on arrival and room averagely cleaned. Bar terrace not available after 11:00.

I found the staff very attentive and professional. The hotel is quiet and clean through out. It is like being on holiday without the tourists! Excellent views across the Thames from our room with Canary Wharf to the right. Will definitely choose this hotel again in our next overnight London stay. The upgrade was most welcome. Thank you to all staff who made this the most enjoyable stay ❤️ Only scheduled the one night stay!
