Reviews

Great location, very clean and quiet, you have everything you need for a relatively low price in London

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the location, it had very easy bus and underground access to get all over the city within a few minutes walk of the hotel. When the air conditioning in our room didn't work, they moved us to a different room where it did! The air conditioning didn't work in our first room (the first night) and while they provided fans, it was HOT. They moved us to another room with AC the next night, which helped, though it wasn't very powerful.
-
Bit small, and glass screens separating bathroom
-
Location great, good AC even during heatwave, comfy room (really small but I was prepared for that.
-
Location and proximity to public transport. The pillows were very hard and the light switches were confusing.

Nothing

I found the room itself a little cramped. I knew I booked a small room going into it, and since I was only there for a short stay, it was fine, but definitely a tight fit.
-
Small room, but well designed and appropriate for the price.
-
There are some stairs to get to your room.
-
It's a very clean hotel in a great location and the restaurant and the staff are fantastic! The restaurant makes for a very convenient stay. The rooms can be ridiculously small and not very well appointed.
-
Format and concept of the room, plus bright and airy, youngster aged 11 loved the enclosed upper bunk bed Mugs were found to be dusty however addressed by the team very well
-
Amazing location, amazing staff, small rooms but definitely enough for one person to stay.
-
The room is very small, barely enough for me to open up my suitcase on the floor (though something very common for central London).
-
Location was perfect! Room was small but clean and comfortable.
-
The double room wasn't much bigger than a double bed, and the bathroom had glass doors and walls which was awkward when travelling with family. The breakfast was OK , but limited.
-
The fresh water at the desk. Rooms were clean and tidy. No AC or fans

Everything Nothing
-
Location Smaller than pictures, not suitable for a family of 4 traveling with very small carry ons, very disappointing, and we payed significantly overpriced amount.
-
Although snug, the room was immaculately turned out, modern and well air-conditioned. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good value, with a range of fresh options. Buy the night before for the best price. No problems - my stay was very satisfactory.
