The room was small but really nice. The room was on 6th floor. This would have been a big problem for me if there had been a fire or the lift had broken down. There was only one lift which was a concern

Good location, close to the St Pancras station and in walking distance (for people who like walking) to many sights and cool cafes/restaurants.

The location from King’s Cross and availability of buses/tube stations The bedroom didn’t have a proper window but was still very noisy overnight/early morning.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and in a great location. Staff pleasant and professional. The room is small and the bathroom tiny. Nowhere to hang up towels or put your toiletries.

Modern and stylish. Good location for what we had planned. Friendly and helpful staff. Extremely small bed. Although good quality bedding the pillows were thin and no extra provided in the room. Bathroom small with “wet room” style shower that wasn’t too effective meaning most of the floor was wet when getting out the shower. Breakfast was expensive (£50 for 2) for what it was.

Very convenient location close to Kings Cross and handy bus stop to West End outside the hotel. Lovely, comfortable, very well-appointed bedroom. Breakfast was delicious with so much choice. Staff were welcoming and very professional. A gem of a hotel.

The location of the hotel is close to Euston Railway Station and offered easy transport by bus or tube to historic parts of London. The room provided was road facing which was quite noisy in the rush hours. There was a faulty sink in the bathroom that would not drain correctly. Probably a blockage somewhere as it took about 5 minutes to drain a half full sink. Did not report this fault due to a short stay, but the issue could be easily repaired. Noisy air conditioning unit - but noise could have been coming from an adjacent room.

Really nice hotel, the gentleman on reception was super helpful and welcoming, we requested early check in as we were going to a concert and they had the room ready on our arrival.
