We had a great stay! The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to taxis and the tube just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was excellent. A very convenient and enjoyable place to stay. Highly recommended!

Very good location. Friendly staff. The room itself was comfortable. The windows in the room couldn’t be opened, so there was no way to get any fresh air, and the room felt stuffy. It was always very, very cold during breakfast, and the dining area didn’t feel cozy or comfortable.

The design and common areas are beautiful. That’s it. Serious maintenance and safety issues. The room door repeatedly got stuck and I needed staff to open it or let me out. Strong paint fumes made it impossible to sleep. Bathroom was not clean (hairs present). Extremely loud mechanical noise from the toilet and also from the shower, not disclosed at check-in. Staff later confirmed they were aware of these issues but still assigned the room. Completely unacceptable for the price.
