The location in Mayfair was convenient to everything we were visiting. Each and every staff member was incredibly helpful and kind. The restaurant options were amazing as were all of the on-site amenities. The classic luxury and overall hospitality was impeccable.

We have been going to this classic English luxury hotel for more than 4 decades. It has consistently delivered the highest standard of service. The English breakfast is an additional outstanding luxury. We cannot find room for improvement other than the opportunity to stay longer.

Good location They are currently doing major renovation on the first floor of the property. Our room was right above the renovation and all day long there was sanding, hammering and jackhammering. It was really terrible since we were trying to sleep because of jet lag. They should not rent out those rooms because of the noise. They are uninhabitable. I would recommend calling to see if the renovation is still going on and I would not stay there if they say yes. We could hear it all the way out in reception. Really terrible job by management to be selling those rooms, in particular at such a high rate. Won’t stay here again. Lots of nice hotels in Mayfair.
