Location was a perfect Mayfair location. Excellent restaurants in and near hotel. Gracious staff. London is flat out expensive and so was the hotel

The staff, location and lounge The cleanness of the rooms, there is also drainage issues which affect the smell of the room specially the suites in level 1 or 2

London is flat out pricey. This hotel is in the Mayfair area which is a prestige location. And, one must pay for location. If one values restaurants,shopping and vibe, this could be a great place for you.

Inside the room you can hear everything outside , even in the next room and the street .

Close to center The room smell not like I choose the bed very small 160 CM not up to standard, and doesn't fit two people. The mattress is very bad, and room service stops at 10 PM. The hotel is not five-star.

Unfortunately, during my stay I experienced an issue where items such as PERSONAL CLOTHING went missing after room service/housekeeping accessed the room. While management was informed, the situation was stressful and disappointing and they did nothing about it.
