Very nice

Location is super strategic. We just walked to reach British Museum. Bus stops are nearby. Conveniently, we used either Russell Square or Holborn station to get the tube. We stayed in 6 beds private room. We are family of 5. It was really good value for money and fit for purpose, to sleep comfortably at night and recharge energy for city tour the next day. Each bed was equipped with charging station and personal lighting. The room size is reasonable, provided with 6 lockers inside which each ones fit for medium luggage. Bathroom was compact and well function. All facilities found very clean. We used kitchen and dining area to have tea and snacks before went to bed. Staffs were very welcoming and helpful. -

the bed is quite small

Location is great, room is clean, but the bed quality could be little bit better. Staff is really nice and I would definately recomment this place Everything was ok

Muy buena localización, he ido andando a casi todas partes. Las camas muy completas con luz, cortina y cargador. Único que en lugar de aire acondicionado hay ventilador, lo cuál con la cortina no hace mucho, y no daban sábana bajera.

Location is great, there is AC, and the staff is very nice. The wifi, it kept disconnecting whenever i was on the bed for some reason. They do not include shampoo in the showers. I’m not an hostel expert but I’ve had shampoo free of charge in other hostels in Europe.

Comfy beds, helpful staff, great location, storage lockers. Bunks are old, shared bathroom in my room was tiny. The AC was a loud portable unit and a wall mounted fan.

A really well located place and a good value for the price

The beds were quite squeaky but other than that everything was good

AMAZING LOCATION, pretty clean and most people there were lovely Shower cubicles, the beds and dorms are really small and cramped. If you’re 6ft or taller, like I am, you won’t fit in the beds properly. It was also a really hot hostel, the days I was in London weren’t that hot but I was sweating every night in the building, felt 10°c hotter inside than out

It was pretty clean and the location is awesome. Didn’t really use the kitchen but it looked pretty well equipped. Too bad you need to pay for a locker to leave your luggage when you check out. I wasn’t really comfortable with the shared bathrooms, as the staff doesn’t even mention where is what, you just get the key and go find your way. Only after the check out I found that there were the girls showers in the basement.

The location is not as close as it states, however it is in a fairly good spot. The behaviour of the only staff member on duty was totally unacceptable and of a discriminatory nature. The hotel itself also has poor facility for disabled members and doesn't even have a lift. There were health and safety issues to both the disabling attitudes of the staff member coupled by lack of inclusion by design.

I stayed on the 4-bed room with private bathroom. All was perfect. Clean bathrooms, nice area to eat and cook. They also have lockers (you have to pay at checkout if you want to leave your luggage) If they at least provided shower gel, it would be a 10/10.

Kids everywhere inside, a lot of them

The hostel is pretty nice! Showers and toilets are very decent, were pretty clean and common areas were great. My room had even a small balcony over looking the street which was nice. Location is also pretty good. No complaints at all. Hostel life!

Bedsheets smelled bad.
-
Room was too small It was really hot Crowded , dirty and smelly
-
the staff were really nice and the hostel is really near to the train station so its very convenient. its also near to other places like chinatown the room is very small, its like you really get what you paid for. you need to pay for everything - from towels to lockers and for lockers after check ou. some hostels can still leave their luggage even after check out for free.
