The bathroom was a bit tired - top round the wash basin was very stained & in my opinion need to be replaced. The paint on the bathroom door required repainting as it was lifting/ blistering along bottom.

Great hotel at the perfect location. Definitely recommend. Everything was nice and clean and enough space. We were traveling from USA so we are used to big suits and London hotels don’t usually offer that but this hotel is definitely one of the best.

The hotel is in an excellent location, which is very convenient for getting around. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I also really like that amenities are available on request, so guests can take what they need without unnecessary waste. A very thoughtful and environmentally friendly approach! The hotel is surrounded by quite a lot of buildings, so the area feels a little crowded. If you stay in a standard room, there may not be much of a view from the room.

Given free upgrade upon arrival due to being a Hilton member as well as a late check out. Superb location. London Bridge station is outside the hotel. Great to get to major attractions in the city using the jubilee line. Tower Bridge is within crawling distance. Comfortable spacious toom with everything one needs such as mini fridge, safe, shampoo and conditioner, iron and ironing board and tea and coffee facilities. Easy to get pick up and drop off using Uber. Service was prompt when we called upon them. Room service didn’t always clean our mugs or replenish the toilet amentities. WiFi can be a little patchy in the hotel. Network coverage is not the best in the UK in general.

The restaurant food exceeded our expectations and their staff are extremely caring as they rendered exceptional services I love everything, we will miss Shawn and Maria. There is humanity applicable into the business. I highly recommend the hotel It is 2 minutes away from Train station and Hay Galleries
