Honestly, this place only serves the basic purpose of having somewhere to sleep, and even then, I would not recommend staying here. The staff are disrespectful and enter the rooms without warning. They even check your bed, and the cleaner does not knock before entering, even when you are inside. The shower is broken, so the entire bathroom floods whenever someone uses it. Since there is a bar downstairs, guests sometimes vomit in the hostel bathrooms. I also saw beer cans and bottles left in the hallways. There is no ventilation in the corridors, so unpleasant smells tend to build up. The food at the bar is also expensive. If you visit during the summer, the only cooling provided is a small floor fan, which is nowhere near enough for the whole room. The only positive thing I would highlight is the location, as Chinatown is about a 30-minute walk away. Yes, the accommodation is cheap, but I still would not recommend it. If you decide to stay here anyway, I would suggest booking a private room for one person and staying only for as long as absolutely necessary.

Lovely and comfy bunk beds and toilet and shower facilties right outside the dorms. Plus a bar downstairs with a cosy feel and nice staff The toilet facilities had no toilet roll :(

Very good for evry thing

Location is good, really near to the tube and international railway station, but would recommend only to stay there for max 2nights. There are just better options with better value of money The room was exceptionally small and really hot. Some nights one could not really sleep because of that, eventhough there were two fans. No food allowed in the dorms, bo kitchen, only 3 showers for the whole floor..

Very convenient for Euston Station. The dorm had plenty of space. Extremely hot during the night. And there was only one shower (which was occupied even as early as 5:45am when I needed to leave.) My main problem was with the member of staff who checked me in. I'd just arrived from the other side world after travelling for over 20 hours straight. I was already well aware that I needed to freshen up. I did not appreciate receiving comments about my personal hygiene. It was both uncouth and unprofessional.

Location great, friendly helpful staff, easy check in. Room too hot. One noisy fan but was better than nothing. Beer kegs being hauled around at 7am outside but I guess that can’t be helped. A mix up between another two guests and bed allocations caused commotion at 3am in the room and one of the guests in the room had been drinking and was a bit of a nuisance and I didn’t feel 100% comfortable with him in the room. Some of the bathroom facilities could do with a bit of work but they weren’t too dirty or messy.

Excellent location for Euston train/tube station. Friendly staff. Kindly allow free luggage storage, enabling checkout day/evening able to explore & collect bag later, just before train departure. Rooms get hot in summer, although large electric fans provided in room - they're noisy. There's no kitchen facility, so no opportunity for fridge, microwave or kettle for personal use. Limited plug sockets in room, not necessarily near you bed & less sockets than bed Qty (No USB sockets & only an overhead light).

Affordable and exactly as described

Well located for easy station & underground access. Lockable cages for storing valuables. Each bed had plug sockets in my room. Was in the middle bunk of a 3 bed stack, not enough room to sit up in the bed and not the easiest to get into. Would be worth paying the extra (small) fee to secure a bottom bunk. Bar prices are standard for London, but that does mean expensive. Room was hot, fan was provided but was very loud so people were disagreeing about having it on...
