Extremely polite and friendly staff, central location, very clean, great view from the window, perfect for a short stay. For sure will come again. The room is a bit small but it's fine for a short stay.

The location and the comfort I didn’t like the breakfast experience I have paid around £40 per person for breakfast which i ended up getting just a plate with small portions no open buffet which i was expecting

Perfect location next to Aldgate tube station. Staff were unbelievably attentive, polite and friendly. Room was spotlessly clean and had everything in it that I needed. Breakfast was superb, self service cereal and pastries and table service for the cooked section. I ordered a full English, I had a beautiful plate of food with perfect poached eggs. There is nothing to not like. Trying to think of something to be a fault with and I really can’t.

Location on the doorstep of Aldgate station was perfect, we left our bags early in the day, staff attentive, kind and efficient . Check in ...one of our rooms wasn't quite ready, we were taken into the restaurant a glass of Prosecco offered and within minutes the room was ready! Rooms perfect , clean and a great view of the skyline including the iconic Gherkin. A great experience from reception to security staff only to be expected as I usually choose Leonardo all over the Uk . Only negative stay wasn't longer !! Nothing

The hotel was lovely and great value for money. We were upgraded to a suite, however it was right below the DJ on the 14th floor and we could hear this on the Saturday night until 2pm.
