Reviews
-
no elevators not mentioned in booking site, the bedding had white stains on it, the toiled was used and unflushed, and the staff member Sunni was rude
-
Strong odour of cleaning products
-
No air conditioning and they did not agree to get some refund for leaving earlier.

I knew I had booked shared bathroom. Someone had clearly been in and used shower and left the bathroom wet through, bathmat soaked, toilet wet and pubes in the shower and on the floor. Whilst not uncommon in these situations I returned some hours later to have a shower myself and the bathroom was still in the same state. It's one of those things and wouldn't't put me off returning.

Family of 5, enough beds so we were good. Able to move around without issues even with our baggage. Fun decor, will stay again for sure.

There is NO AIR CONDITIONING and NO LIFT
-
This hotel was exactly as described. It celebrates all things royal and British and was a very pleasant stay. Note - this property does not have a lift but the male receptionist was so kind and helped us to the second floor with our bags. We were very grateful for the fan provided during the heatwave. The shower was tiny and with only a flimsy curtain to protect the floor from the water the whole bathroom got very wet.

No air conditioning, No elevator, construction next door caused no privacy and lots of noise
-
It was unseasonably warm in the hotel is not air conditioned and then the fans were not the greatest either we really did suffer not getting the best nights of sleep because of how hot it was in the room. The pictures do not display the room size very well the room was more small than I had anticipated; however, there could have been square footage or square centimeters listed I didn't pay attention. We also had a room on the third floor and there is no elevator in the building

Tiny room, very small bed. I had to open the shower curtain to be able to wash my legs. It’s not for tall people.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean room. Easily fit family of 4 (adult size children). Close proximity to Victoria station.
-
Quiet, nice few and great location near Victoria stations but away from the congestion. lack of elevator, too small as a double especially, tv did not work consistently and the advice was to just pull on the connection!

The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and cafés within walking distance. The room was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The receptionist even helped us carry our luggage halfway up the stairs, which was a very kind gesture. If I could give the staff 10 stars, I definitely would! The only downside was that there wasn’t an elevator, so carrying luggage to the upper floors could be difficult. There was also no air conditioning in the room. Unfortunately, we visited during the unexpected heatwave (canicule), so it was unusually hot. Coming from the United States, where air conditioning and elevators are standard in most hotels, this was an adjustment. Other than that, everything was great.

Location is great and staff was very friendly!
-
The hotel was very cute and authentic and in superb location. Victoria station was a 10 min walk away and Big Ben only 2 km away. However it was a very quiet and beautiful area. Beds were very comfortable.
-
No elevators. No breakfast. Punny bathroom! Poor electrical outlet placement-- none on the wall where the bed headboards were located.
-
Great location, very clean and comfortable Rooms with shared bathroom is -1 floor
-
Great staff and great room. No elevator to the level of our room.
-
The room was nice and clean I could hear the people in the next room clearly! Even the snoring, it made it tough to sleep

The location and the friendly staff The room was very small the bathroom in particular. It would be fine for one person but a challenge for two,
