Great place to stay Nothing not to like

The lobby area The room had a bad smell and it would not go away. The third sofa bed that they used for the third person was very uncomfortable. The cleaning was horrible. We even found stuff from the previous people in the room. They had a remote control for the TV including NETFLIX which did not work.

Every one is so accommodating and very friendly. I love the breakfast buffet as well Although there are coffee sachets in the room and tea, I wish they keep the coffee maker available 24/7 so we can still enjoy it after hours.

The hotel was beautiful when you walked in, looked very posh which you would expect for £160 a night. The bedroom was tiny, it didn't even have a small seating area. We were put in disabled accommodation which i didn't ask for but I have no idea how a wheelchair user would of moved round as there was absolutely no room.
