Great location in the centre of the City, close walk to everywhere! The staff were not very welcoming, the room was very small and the AC did not work effectively.

Not a 4 star. The rooms are incredibly small, the bed sheet was dirty, hear the construction in the morning, room in lobby, WiFi was spotty, no hair dryer or iron, toilet didn't flush well, and the AC didn't work. No official luggage storage.

This was a great discovery... a small hotel right off Bishopsgate in The City with a perfect location. Facility is modern, completely renovated and very well maintained. Staff is very helpful and friendly. For those doing short stays in The City of needing easy access to the Elizabeth Line via Liverpool St Station, this is perfect As a value hotel, you need to realize that rooms and baths are small. You get what you pay for. The room was certainly adequate for a couple.

There was little room to move in the room. It was fine for me as I was traveling alone. But if I was with another person, it would have been more challenging.

Liked the location and solid comfort/amenities. Staff was not informative...small things...no major disruptions...but info on the lift was poor.

Central location in the heart of London. All major attractions are within walking distance.

Central location, clean and functional room, staff very friendly. We had issues opening the doors in the room, these definitely required some maintenance. Despite keeping the window closed the room was very noisy both throughout the night and in the morning.
