Good location we had a wedding in the Ned perfect 5 minutes walk The rooms are very dated, they are also not clean I put stuff in the wardrobe and the amount of dust that covered them was shocking, also the cobwebs everywhere was disappointing and of the ceiling was peeling in the bathroom

Most of front desk staff very friendly and obliging. Great location. When we came across a few issues we were moved to a bigger room free of charge. Sheets appeared soiled. Couldn't find hairdryer and spent over 2 hours waiting for night staff to find one, after asking for an update a few times we eventually gave up and went to bed. Shower door wouldn't close properly and flooded the entire bathroom.

Staff were very friendly and approachable. Nice and accessible location Very small rooms even if you pay a larger sum. The room was not well cleaned (stain on towels etc..) very basic facilities for the price you are paying.

For London a fairly spacious room, clean and modern. The location is great, many tourist attractions are reachable on foot. Also the staff was extremely friendly, even gave a free room upgrade.

Close to the city center, the rooms are conveniently clean and spacious The housecleaning staff is loud, in the morning you can hear them chatting or cleaning other rooms while you’re sleeping.
