Close to Paddington station and a lot of nice restaurants and pubs, as well as Hyde Park Rooms are very small and dated

Location is fantastic. Several great breakfast, lunch and dinner options nearby. Could not be more convenient to rail transport. All those were great redeeming qualities of the hotel. The exterior is also charming and fitting in the neighborhood. The lobby was pleasant and clean, but the halls need a refresh. Honestly, the beds were clean, headboards simple and sufficient, but the size of a triple room is not acceptable. The bathroom sink with no counter makes life hugely difficult even for 1 guest, but 3 is another story!!!. There is no space to live out of the suitcase. It is just absolutely not enough, and especially for an exceedingly high price. I cant speak for other room sizes, but I would not recommend 3 people choosing a triple at this hotel.

Need a lot of Improvements. AC system didn’t work sufficiently. Elevator/lift door malfunctioned. Mattress need to be replaced. Smelled of moisture or condensation! A lot…

Location! And staff were so friendly! We were there during a really hot time and the rooms did not get cool enough. The staff was nice enough to give us a large fan and if we did not have that fan, I think it would have been unpleasant. Room was also quite small for 3 people but overall, it was lovely.

Room was a short walk to Paddington Station The room was a little small for the price

Air conditioning No mini fridge

Location is decent near Paddington Station. The elevator did not work and customers were forced to haul all the way up stairs. The building was run down and the beds were terrible. The hallways leading to our room were gross and had cleaning bottle propping open hallway doors. We checked out early and left.

Great location small room

The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. The bathroom temperature was a bit cold because of the large window.

Front desk clerk was very nice, there late at night and early morning. Helpful and accommodating. Communication was good prior to arrival. Location proximity to Paddington Station. Clean sheets and towels were about the only clean thing there. Good water pressure in sink and toilet. Temperature was comfortable for a 4th floor room. Difficult access from lift around 2 corners, down 3 steps in a VERY narrow "hall" to room door. Clearly used to be the attic/servant's quarters and had hardly been updated since. Arrived to housekeeping sitting on floor outside room, sorting towels and sheets on the floor from adjacent closet. Mattress was absolutely abysmal, the worst I've ever tried to sleep on. It was not stable when sitting, much less lying down. It was thin, old and completely worn out. It had to have been over 30 years old. Mattress foundation hardly could support 2 average adults. Pillows had seen better days as well. Ripped, burned curtains. Filthy windows. Crusty TV remote with missing battery cover. Stained furniture. Microscopic bathroom size with ill-functioning cabinetry. Afraid to try the shower. Bathroom door would not close properly. Only 1 chair for a "double" room. Barely enough space to turn around in.

Location The suite we stayed in was unacceptably run down and the entrance shabby. Shower system was impossible to get to work so we forgoed showers.

Conveniently located close to the tube station and also walking distance to Bayswater and Queensway. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, specially Nader in the reception and the veiled housekeeping lady. Nothing, room was a bit tight but that was expected anyway in London

staff were excellent and helped me a lot. My room had a lovely window overlooking the street. There were plenty of nice restaurants nearby to have breakfast and dinner. It is very close to Paddington station so was excellent for the underground. It also had a lift that was helpful to get my luggage upstairs. The stairs were safe to go up and down and had good handrails,

Good location. Tiny room. The 4 of us were quashed in with no place to put our bags. I kept bumping my elbows into the walls in the bathroom bc it was so small. No place to put wash bag. TV didn’t work properly and faced a random wall.
