The food was great, delicious and good value for money. Rooms need updating. Carpet is worn and threadbare in places. The bed was hard and not very comfortable.

Property was in a great location for Wimbledon. Very good price . Lovely staff. Room was very hot . The weather was extremely hot and there was only one fan provided. Room was on the ground floor so for security reasons we didn’t want to leave the windows open overnight.

In the hottest day of London, the heater was on and the room was 33 degrees celcius. The staff did their best to turn it off. They tried 4 people together and it was a real challenge. Our room was on the ground floor and next to the car park, so we couldn't open any windows. It was a bit loudy in the evening until midnight.

Great discovery as I was almost going to pay more than twice as much for a chain hotel then discovered this. Small hotel expertly run, clean, in-suite bath and very convenient loc. While located in a deep southern part of the city (Mitcham) the venue is immediately next door to a tram line connecting to the Underground at Wimbledon, 15 mins away. The small hotel is also located over a pub which serves great S Asian food. The breakfast was nice but could have used protein - i.e, cold cuts and cheese.

The hotel has a Pub downstairs so I thought it would be loud but it wasn't. The Pub and rooms seem to be sound proof so there wasn't any noise.

clean comfortable room, very friendly staff, food was excellent value for money, free parking. This is the same for most hotels, not just this one, there is no smart tv facility on a tv that should have one, I know big chains disable it on purpose to try and get you into the bar but this is unrealistic and especially in winter, it would be nice to be able to use smart tv facility. It would be the customers own account so it comes at no cost to the hotel.
