Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast offered a good variety of options Hall and stair carpets a little shabby but not terrible

A great place for a London stay. The room was very clean, the bed was really comfortable and there was air conditioning in the room, which was such a relief with this hot weather! It was really handy to be able to park our car at the hotel for the day for an extra £10. The breakfast was very generous too, with a full range of cereals, fruit, salad and yoghurt as well as the usual English breakfast.

Location was perfect for the event we went to Very worn, lift out of order so trecking up four flights every time we left was a process. Walls were so thin we could hear the next door rooms whole conversation

When leaving the receptionist was very friendly. It’s a shame he wasn’t there when we arrived! The shower was great and plenty of towels. On arrival the receptionist was not particularly friendly, which guests do need after a journey! The beds were quite hard. The local shops and restaurants were a bit grim, though I eventually found a friendly Chinese restaurant.

Great location and clean Very Small double bed and a hard mattress, woken up all night with doors closing below us which physically moved the bed.

Was ok. Location good & parking available for £10 per 24hrs Staff were ok. Just the place was run down and basic facilities but does the job.

It is on the highway and easy to locate. The rooms facing the highway are noisy and it shakes for a second everyone a vehicle passes.
