Booked it because it was a perfect location for my workshop but the hotel was really good - helpful staff, great breakfast, nice and clean hotel, at a reasonable price for London. Nothing

The staff was very nice, the location was good, food was nice. The reception staff was really nice and the luggage storage was fine. Thank you for letting me charge my phone. The breakfast was really nice. And the dinner was nice too. Hope to try out the afternoon tea next time. The location was perfect. Bloomsbury it's a very nice neighbourhood. Did not expect the size of the room (didn't read it right but for 2 nights was just fine) The smell in the room. It smell like old or like basement (I was on 4th floor) I had a bit of an allergy, might be the bed or the curtains, didn't had a fridge (most 3 star hotels do) the garden view wasn't really of the garden but that's fine. The staff at the restaurant kinda forgot about me and my drink but it happens although it wasn't that busy.

The front desk people were very nice. It is easy to move around between museums and palaces. No air conditioning system, no fridge. I was very surprised, but it was normal in Europe, right? Good leaning for me.

I like the area that the hotel is situated in. Very close to transport links and within walking distance of Euston. The staff are always very friendly, the rooms are cleaned regularly and it's a nice atmosphere. I love the garden to the rear of the hotel. I don't think there was anything that I didn't like really but the toaster at breakfast foiled me!!

Very central, very clean and staff were tremendously helpful Noise from the street (although expected). There was a fan in the room which was helpful but AC would be much better during heatwave

I often stay at this hotel. The central location is great. The staff are friendly and very helpful. It was very warm in London when I visited and each room had a portable fan which made it easy to get a good night's sleep.

Clean room, reception staff friendly. Good sized room for a single. No aircon, restaurant staff quite rude when we tried to go into restaurant 5 minutes before it opened. Road noise horrendous, there is double glazing but due to excessive heat and no aircon windows were open slightly. Traffic noise most of night.

Excellent location. The hotel is located right in the center. It can be reached relatively easily from Heathrow airport by subway. Rich and varied breakfast. The hotel manager was available and attentive. Our room was too hot and he did everything to place us in a more comfortable and spacious room. No air condition. Usually this is not a problem in London. But we arrived at the height of a heat wave and London was hot.

Safe and secure. Was only booked in for 2 nights and on first night I spilt a bit of coffee on my sheets. It wasn’t much but the housekeeper changed my sheets for me Dark in corridors
