Great staff , pool and breakfast!

We loved our stay at Hotel Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable (even the bed my son slept on was great!) and it was easy to walk everywhere! Breakfast was fabulous...buffet options and a menu you could order food from. We will stay at this hotel again! I don't think there was anything we didn't like about this hotel!

Some hotels provide a place to stay; this hotel became part of our trip’s story. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful and thoughtfully designed the property is. The hotel itself is stunning, with an aesthetic that feels both stylish and welcoming. Its location is also ideal, making it easy to explore Lisbon while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every interaction was marked by genuine kindness, patience, and an incredible attention to detail. Nothing ever felt rushed or transactional. The team consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special, and their warmth made us feel truly valued as guests. A special thank you to Vera, Estafania, Malfada, Maria, Beatriz and Daniela, whose kindness and dedication made such a lasting impression on us. They are wonderful examples of the level of care and hospitality that defines this hotel. We were also fortunate enough to meet the General Manager during our stay. When we complimented the team, her immediate response was to speak with pride about her staff and give credit to them for the guest experience. It was genuinely heartwarming to witness that kind of leadership and appreciation. Seeing how much she valued her team made it easy to understand why the service throughout the hotel was so exceptional. We visited Lisbon to celebrate a birthday, and the hotel played a meaningful role in creating memories that we will cherish for years to come. The thoughtful touches, exceptional service, and sincere care from the staff made the celebration even more memorable. To everyone at the hotel: thank you. Your hospitality will not be forgotten, and you are now a special part of some very happy memories from our time in Lisbon.

My experience way exceeded my expectations, and I'm sad I didn't catch the name of the person who checked me in and got me upgraded for our special occasion stay (even though we were only there one night!) so I could thank her personally - she and her colleagues could not have been more gracious and welcoming, and ensured we were super happy with extra treats and late checkout. The hotel has clever, modern design, the secret garden is a relaxing respite from the hustle and bustle of the city, and the included breakfast exceeded expectations with a nice buffet (including sparkling wine and fresh juices) + very quickly prepared a-la-carte dishes. Perfect location and overall experience!!

Wish we had stayed here instead of our first Lisbon hotel. Rooms are good size for Europe. The welcome water and port adds a nice touch. Great staff!
