Location is lovely. Hotel is well situated and breakfast was very good. Beds are comfortable as well. They gave us macaroons as a parting gift ha!

The sauna is not as hot as I like it, but it is nice that they do have one.

Great location. Very big rooms. Breakfast was very good and included a variety of options . The pool area is great. I was expecting small vanity packs in the bathroom as in other hotels. But other than that everything was great.

The location was excellent, the rooms were very clean, staff was super nice and flexible with our asks. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly, the breakfast buffet was great. Would absolutely stay there again. There isn’t a single that I didn’t like. It was perfect!

Location is perfect. Close to everything downtown, walking distance, safe, clean. Everything we needed was provided. It was exactly what we wanted. A very comfortable hotel well located. About the hotel, it was perfect, but it was the most expensive one for our whole trip to Portugal. We traveled for 28 days, in many castles e old locations or even a 5 star location at Porto, but still this one was a bit higher than the others. So its a bit pricy.

The staff were very stressed which made me feel very uncomfortable.

Location was amazing. It was a pretty flat walk to the best parts of Lisbon. We took a taxi from port to the hotel and took an uber from the hotel to the airport the next day. The hotel room was super nice and had great value. Great air conditioning too. No usb or usb c chargers in the room. We did borrow a converter from the front desk to charge our phones. So bring a 2 prong European converter.

Super location, clean and sizeable room. I was very impressed and at a good price point. I usually stay at The Tivoli but that was full and glad I made the change as far better value vs product. No faults tbh

When the transportation strike unexpectedly canceled all of my flights last week, what was supposed to be a short stay in Lisbon turned into four extra days. Fortunately, I booked a three-night stay at The Bessa Hotel, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and exactly what I needed during a stressful travel situation. A special thank you to Martim at the front desk, who made my stay truly memorable. From check-in through departure, he consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. He even helped me navigate a minor key card mishap that eventually became something we could laugh about together. Martim's professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for guests are a reflection of the outstanding hospitality at The Bessa Hotel. What began as an unexpected extension to my trip ended up being one of the highlights of my time in Lisbon. My last meal at the Hotel Restaurant was incredible. I had the most incredible interaction with the service staff regarding a hoodie I bought at the market outside that day. The hoodie represented saving the bee population and mental health awareness. I forgot the gentleman's name at the restaurant, but we connected on. so many levels, really putting a nice conclusion on my trip!! The Steak, Salad and Rice were amazing!! I will absolutely be staying at The Bessa Hotel on my next visit to Lisbon and highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional service and a wonderful guest experience.
