The Felix 10

the rooms were spacious, I loved the overall design of the hotel, very quiet despite being in a super central location. The room had a hair straightener, huge plus haha! The staff was amazing and breakfast delicious.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was great. For us, the location was a bit difficult compared to other locations we have stayed. Nothing wrong with the location. Just be prepared it’s a bit further of a steep walk to areas you might want to visit.

Beautiful room - and the fact that I have been upgraded when the heavy rains caused a problem in my room. The warm welcome and presence of the staff. I found the signature hotel scent in the corridors and staircases a bit too heavy....

Clean spacious room. Comfortable bed and a wonderful breakfast. Staff were very accommodating too. A little quiet but perfect for resting the head.

Everything was fantastic I liked everything

The opulent comfort of the rooms and bathrooms (with those enormous tubs) was exactly what we needed after exploring all day. I love the Lapa neighborhood; it's more quiet than other areas but still close to the action. A chilly glass of wine from the honor bar and time in the roof garden was a perfect way to end the day.

Lovely, quiet residential neighborhood across from an artisanal bakery. Original boutique hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Stayed in the Scarlett room. There was no desk or table so difficult to check email. No shelves or storage space - not in the bedroom and not a lot of space to put toiletries in the bathroom either (strangely there was a second TV in the bathroom but no bath or place to sit, only a shower so why?). Electricity sockets not easy to reach. Everything felt a bit scars - coffee machine but just one pod provided; only one big and one small towel; not possible to check out an hour later …

Very unique; rooms are big and bathroom was perfect. Rooftop area very nice too Just wasn’t expecting a concerted house to hotel

The Room -

Incredibly clean. Staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel was silent the entire time I was here. Room was cleaned well and quickly while I was gone for just a short time. Towels replaced. Can be a little hard to find. Not a big problem. Elevator doesn’t go all the way to the top which made it difficult for luggage but I traveled light. Again not huge problems

Not many restaurants in walking distance.

The Felix 10 is such a cute hotel in Lisbon, and the staff was so welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. We loved the breakfast they made each day, and we stayed in the family room and it was awesome because our son had his own little space in his own room and we had our own space. They checked in with us and were always super helpful. I also loved the little honor bar, it was a great way to get a drink or water without having to run out to a store. I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! So didn't really have anything I didn't like-maybe some notes for future travelers-Lisbon has very steep hills and lots of stairs so be prepared for that with luggage (be mindful).

Beautiful and clean with wonderful staff Not many things open nearby in December but did find a cool little Portuguese bar/restaurant a few blocks away.

I like staying at boutique hotels. I could tell the staff properly cleaned the rooms between guests and I appreciated having fresh towels every day. I also liked the location. I really appreciated the hair styling tools provided as I was worried about my converter. I personally didn't like my room. It was the first room on the first floor so I could hear absolutely every conversation being had as people came and went throughout the evening. One morning I was woken up at 4a to some friends saying goodbye to each other after coming in from a night out. No fault of theirs. They weren't yelling. I was just in a terrible spot. There's also an unfortunate smell coming from the lower level that crept its way up to the floor I was on. Lastly, I would love to have an option to put a note on the door for staff to not come and clean or to come later. This was a trip where I just wanted and needed to rest (especially day 1 adjusting to the time), take my time, come and go as I pleased and I felt like I was always having to tell the staff to come later or coordinate with them when the simple solve is to let us put a note on the door. One day they came TWICE after the room was cleaned. At that point I started to get annoyed by it. It was just too much contact for me. If you're not planning on being in your room much, this won't bother you.

Staff and style

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at. No detail was missed, everything was chic, beautiful and functional. Nothing. It was perfect.

The rooftop lounge was spectacular and the bed was divine. The gluten free breakfast was a nice surprise.

This unique property was everything. The hospitality especially since we checked in after 1 am was appreciated.

Quiet location, awesome hospitality, comfortable bed, beautiful room! Staff were so willing to help with luggage, going the extra mile! Visible mold (black) and mildew (pink) on all the lower shower tiles, broken handle on the shower hose, very slippery shower floor.
