Clean and well organized The room is small

Location is exceptional for this price, as well as room cleaning was wonderful Breakfast was weak, I didn’t like the food choice and availability. Hotel warned me about €18 fine for 1 hr leave checkout, what usually should not be applied. Hopefully we checked out without fines, but that doesn’t seem to be a good practice.

Best stay ever. Staff, facilities, location. No notes. Everything was great.

We booked this hotel for our vacation in Lisbon to celebrate our honeymoon, and the experience couldn't have been more incredible! We were warmly welcomed, and the staff showed so much care and thoughtfulness toward this special moment in our lives. The hotel itself is amazing. The breakfast is extremely complete, and the room is highly technological, offering a level of comfort that we had never experienced before. This was truly a memorable stay that we will definitely recommend to all our friends and family. Also is close to the subway and transport in general, quiet and the shower is amazing. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, attention, and for making our honeymoon so special. We are back in Brazil now, but we brought home unforgettable memories of our time with you! Absolutely nothing! Our stay was flawless from start to finish, and there is genuinely nothing negative to say about the property or the service.

Liked that there was a laundry right across the street. We were traveling for a month so is always nice to find one nearby.

Kind, respectful, professional and welcoming staffs. Everyone at the front desk were very friendly and ready to help. This is my first time in Lisbon and as a solo traveler I needed help on where to visit and be safe, they were always friendly and ready to help. They offer a very fresh, nutritionist breakfast with a vast range of foods, pastries, bread, beverages (cold and hot) and fresh fruits. The staff are very friendly and respectful. The location was perfect, walk distance to city center, downtown and transportation centers.

Very clean Grocery store across the street. Location wasn’t that great Room and washroom to small for the price.

This is an amazing choose. It is a beautiful area, near to the blue and yellow metro lines. The supermarket in front of is very convenient. The breakfast is really good and the staff is kind always smiling and even they helped me with an emergency adaptor. NA everything was good

Walking distance to restaurants, in front of the supermarket and laundry service. A lot of bus stop around, 15 minutes walk to the closest metro station. Staff helped us a lot during check in esp coming from an early flight. There were also some pastries and fruit ready when we checked in. Thank you Pinky for your help the smallest shower area I’ve ever seen, it was quite hard to move around. Also the hallway is a bit small.

Room temperature was controlled by the front desk. Our room would get up to 25° at night. We would have to call down for it to be cooled.

Location and staff Small rooms and noise coming from another room and corridor in annoying.

Clean, modern, comfortable

Hotel staff has been very professional and friendly during our entire stay (stayed for 8 nights), our room has been supervised and kept tidy by a cleaners team every day. Breakfast is very delicious (one of the best scrambled eggs ever tried), good coffee. Good location with easy access to each metro line (also walkable distance to the oldtown or waterside of Lisbon). Even received a room upgrade for better experience with Next Level Hotel, much appreciated. Sometimes breakfast lacked secondary option for hot dish in breakfast (besides scrambled eggs and pancakes). There was no reserved parking for hotel guests, so there was a struggle to park our car each night.
