People smoking very close to the front door so the whole first floor has a smoking smell and there is very big Wi-Fi in the rooms

The location of the hotel is good - close to Edward Garden, bus stops and metro station. The room is nice, AC was working very well, the bathroom is modern and the shower has a good pressure. The breakfast wasn't good for me - the same thing every day and not too many gluten free options. Lots of bread and pastries.

Decent location to get to airport Very outdated, when you turned on the A/C a strong urine smell would appear like it hadnt been used for years.

Nice hotel in a great location. We were able to walk to the center via the very pleasant tree-covered avenue Liberdade. The parking garage was a huge plus. Some comments indicated the parking was difficult to access, but I found entering was okay if you're careful and once in the garage there was pretty of room. The bed was too firm for my taste.

The swimming pool was not accessible and also looked not that clean.

Location is great. Place is very clean. Staff are amazingly helpful and friendly. So the AC temperature control unit doesn’t work. The heating was too much for me that I had to open the window. Also a coffee machine would be a great addition to the room but they have coffee for sale at the reception anyway at a very reasonable price so not much of a big deal to not have it at the room.

I wasn't charge for an extra large room. Noise coming from the outside of the building like traffic noise, emergency sirens and loud people.
