The hotel was just lovey and staff did an outstanding job - super helpfull and attentive. It was a real pleasure to come back in the afternoon from a melting city to relax in the more cool garden and swimming pool. Getting around into a happening city quarter like Chiado was super easy using the picturesque old trams which only took a 4 minute walk from the hotel to get to - you can pay with credit card in them.

Lovely lovely oasis in the hot city Ambiance, pool and staff were all fantastic

An unexpected oasis in Lisboa!

Quiet, small hotel without a crowded lobby, without guests making noise, without street festivals. It was a perfect place from which to explore Lisboa. Needs more towel hooks — but located intelligently. There was nowhere to hang up a wet bathing suit or place to leave wet towels to dry. The towel warming bar is over the toilet. If you use the toilet, a wet towel is at your head. Not smart placement.

It was a peaceful paradise close to all the restaurants and action The organic breakfast was amazing. There was also a cappuccino machine available for use all day. It made whatever drink you wanted

Wonderful
-
Location The staff wasn’t friendly or adapted to have children. Besides Alex, everyone else made us very uncomfortable to have our kids with us.
-
Good location, has all the amenities, the kindest of staff! Best for sunny weather, rain can be troublesome to go to rooms, just be aware of that

The staff were friendly and helpful. I like that the property had to be accessed by a security door, not that the area seemed unsafe at all. The surrounding area was quiet, as it is located in a more residential area. You can hear every noise from every other guest. We had a couple of younger girls staying across from our room and had to notify hotel staff a couple of times of them being way too loud. You can also hear anyone above you, as the floors are wooden. The breakfast wasn't that great

The outside of the building is beautiful, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. From the photos, I expected a bit more of a boutique hotel experience, however it fell a bit short. Our room had mold on the walls. The beds were uncomfortable, and you could hear most noises on the hallways and in the rooms above you. The room need more lamps at night, and the AC kept turning down during the evening. Additionally, if it rains, you have to walk in the rain to get to the reception.

I had a fantastic day and would highly recommend the property. I found past reviews of the breakfast somewhat odd as it was exceptional. I fully support all reviews of the staff is being exceptional as well. The room was comfortable, and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. This is not necessarily a negative of the property, just a piece of advice for those looking to stay near the walkable tourist zone. It is a little further out, and while I was easily able to walk, it did take about 30 minutes and is not necessarily near a lively zone. This is great for rest, and of course if you're looking to be in that specific neighborhood, but just a heads up it's a bit further from the central area.

Beautiful, well maintained, fantastic friendly staff, wide selection of foods for breakfast, great coffee. Didn’t know how to enter. Didn’t look inviting from the street.
