Excellent staff, great breakfast buffet at a very reasonable price, close to the metro. Very basic room. Comfortable but no extras.

Good accessibility as close to metro station. Staff were friendly and helpful who suggested me buying a one day metro ticket to save money. Spacious room. Only provided one bottle of water during my 4 days stay. No shower cap provided even on request. Walls were thin and can hear people speaking loudly next room.

This was a good budget stay. Everything was fine! If you like being more in the hustle and bustle of Lisbon in the city centre, it can be a trek but we walked down a few times. It’s still very central to everything. The bed was comfortable and all you needed. The bathroom was really small but we made it work.

The location was great, the room was clean, tidy, and the bed was comfortable. They do not provide a Tea and Coffee maker; they provide a boiling water facility (A Kettle), no cups, no tea, no coffee. They do not provide a minibar; they provide an empty fridge. The chocolate for guests was a single breakfast bar to share. The bathroom was not as the online photo's; it had a small corner shower, not a walk in shower and a smaller shelf area adjacent the sink.

The hotel is comfortable with a separate space for our child. My Kobo reader was stolen during our stay. I left it beside our bed and when I came back at the end of the day it was gone. All valuables MUST be put in the safe otherwise it could be stolen. The investigation made afterwards by the personnel was quickly done with no results.

Great location and staff very accommodating and helpful Room described as having tea/coffee facilities but only a kettle with no coffee)tea...had to go to shops to buy some...only arrived in room the day before we left...could do with extra pillows in room so you don't have to go asking for some.

It was clean, well located, and the staff were friendly. There wasn't great seating in the room you either had a small bench a hard plastic chair or the bed.
