Comfortable room Breakfast poor. Stale cornflakes and bread- not acceptable for a four star hotel! Advised there was a bar but this was a small area set up with minimal selection of drinks and no bar man!!

Clean, comfortable rooms and nice staff. Close to transportation (metro, busses…) to go to the center of the city and also other main attractions. Loud ac, sometimes smelly and impossible to open the window to change the air (I believe for security reasons)

Excellent room with balcony (as I requested), breakfast was huge and delicious, entire hotel very clean, classy music, custard tarts and cold water available certain times of the day in hotel lobby. Responsive staff. A little difficult to find at first. I stayed 4 nights. Very clean, safe and quiet stay! I have no complaints at all. The service and room were above and beyond expectations.

Very central and had a few metro stations nearby which was a plus Air conditioning was making noise and it was during the heat wave so it was not very cool, but the staff were very attentive
