We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city on foot, with restaurants, shops, major attractions, and even the train station all within walking distance. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The gym was well-equipped, and the breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of delicious options. We especially appreciated the extended breakfast hour, the kindness of the staff there and the options.

Note that the hotel is designed as 'retro' hotel.

Overall the facility was good, rooms were good especially the bathroom. Most of the staff was good except one at the front desk. The hotel does not have coffee maker in the room (a shame), I had to come down to pick up a cup of coffee which by the way the worst coffee I have ever tasted, over cooked and bitter with no taste. When I mentioned it to the front desk lady, she casually stated add more sugar. The front desk staff and the fact that they do not provide coffee maker in the room which most of the hotels in USA and Europe provide.

Good breakfast. NIce lobby area. we had a room facing the back of the buidling. The room needs updating. Except for the flooring, the room and furnishings were old. The room and the hallway were dark and somewhat depressing.

The breakfast was an excellent European breakfast with lots of options. We also greatly appreciated the public spaces in the hotel, which were very comfortable. Coffee and fruit-infused water were always available, which was a big plus. The staff was both helpful and charming! They went above and beyond to give us an enjoyable stay. Really, nothing was amiss!

The breakfast from 6:30am to 12 noon. The buffet was top quality with a cornucopia of selections, including champagne. I will return just for the breakfast. The location was convenient to many restaurants and museums and the Libertade square area. The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean and the staff was very professional and nice. I also liked the reading and gathering areas, and the garden area and lovely decor throughout the building. I will return. The location of the toilet paper holder. Too low to the ground for older folks.

The staff was amazingly helpful, location was close to everything yet quiet to get a good nights sleep. May never have a better breakfast at any other hotel ever again.

Amazing location, charming hotel, and very friendly staff. Great value for money. The breakfast was excellent and high quality. The hotel is located on a quiet side street rather than the main road, which makes it peaceful while still being perfectly situated. It is just steps away from trendy restaurants and shops. We chose a twin room and the space was a bit small to fully open our suitcases, but it was still comfortable and worked well for our stay.
