Great location and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Arrived by taxi with large luggage and had to carry it inside ourselves. No assistance, no welcome. Not what I was expecting. Service in general was not at 5* level during our stay.

Highly recommend this beautiful hotel with the most lovely, friendly, and kind staff. Beautiful room very comfortable bed. And absolutely enjoyed the violinist that played in the evening in the dining room. The valet parking was deeply appreciated. We will be returning at the end of our trip before we head back home to Canada.

The location only The hotel is classified as 5 Stars I doubt the classification It can only be rated as 3 Star hotel The services are very limited & bad There were no services as expected in 5 Stars hotels so the advertised rate as 5 Stars is very misleading so we complained that to the hotel management from the first day we checked in & after the next day we couldn’t tolerate the hotel status & so we left to another hotel truly 5 stars. Viz. hotel Tivoli near by location

The location of the hotel it’s amazing. the garden is absolute joy. and the fact that it’s a boutique hotel it’s the cherry on top There’s a constante sewage smell on the 5th floor.

The location and the very helpful staff. At check/in they realised that we are there celebrating a special occasion and the next day they surprised us with drinks and cakes in the room!

The location is amazing, the hotel is truly spotless and clean. One of the best breakfasts in Portugal, restaurant staff are incredible and check in is smooth and comfortable. The hotel is a tad bit dated and you can tell from the furniture that it's been around for a while. I also found it a bit noisy and the soundproofing could be a lot better!

Very nice location in the luxury shops street of Lisbon. All the staff are so nice and welcoming including Maria and here sister. They all make you feel at home. The hotel is beautiful too, though some repairs have to be done in the carpentry and joinery. The architecture of the lobby and the big windows that gives you a view to the avenue and of course the nice staff
