Everything was good

Front desk clerk and housekeeper were phenomenal and amazing and also helpful. Greeted with warm welcoming smiles and laughter.

Really good breakfast! Nice pool.

Convenient, clean, helpful staff

Carpet was a bit outdated, but room was clean. Children were running up and down the halls but that's not the hotel's fault.

Dirty towels under ice machine in lobby soaking up leaking water. Carpet in halls stained and visibly dirty. Kids running up and down halls after 10 PM. Went to desk to complain. Supervisor said he was going to go up as 4 other complaints. But it still continued. Said he was going to give up points for a free night but did not receive. Hotel is convenient to UK but we were very disappointed unfortunately. Parking ok as was breakfast.

The bed squeaked, looks like they had tried to repair but it was very noisy

We love the location of this hotel as it is walking distance to the UK campus.

Room was clean and quiet. Location close to several restaurants but sometimes hard to navigate with UK being so close.

Location Only 2 of the USB charger ports would charge

The hotel was nice, accommodations were good. There were two men fighting outside our windows and they were shouting exspilitives at each other around 3 am. The night manager failed to call the police, which was disappointing. The two men had a room right across the hall from our room, where they continued cussing at each other. This ruined our stay.

The hotel was great and the front desk was amazing. Only problem was in the 1st night we got there we notified the front desk that the toilet kept running. They immediately called the maintenance person but they never came to fix it, the entire stay I had to fix it after someone went. I realize that it was the weekend but they should of returned the front desk call and fixed the issue.

Rooms were very clean, tidy. Bath was especially clean in all aspects. Staff, on all shifts, were polite, helpful, knowledgeable re: the entire facility and immediate community. Readily offered info re: the area restaurants, etc. My rating for the facility is a 5 of 5 with the staff due a 5.5.
