I reported the lack of AC to the front desk and received no assistance. The original desk clerk and technician were very helpful and attempted to fix the issue. The follow on staff was not helpful. The AC system in this hotel cannot handle extreme heat environments. I checked into the hotel because my ac was not working at my house. I wanted a weekend stay with a cool climate and checked into the hotel for the weekend. I left after one night because the room temperature was unbearable.

The staff was above and beyond helpful!!! We were moving our daughter into the university and were so kind in giving us tips and information

a security guard as I've been actually chased by a homeless person and had to get help. The $12 dollar fee is also a problem with paying as the machine has been broken many times. Breakfast was not good, food not hot and waitress could barely take an order. She said "well, it was on the ticket." Maybe she should have gotten the order correct before she brought it to the table. This is just being lazy.

Very nice room with a great view. Comfortable bed and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Very nice location Had to pay for parking at the hotel each day. No continental breakfast. Overpriced buffet breakfast at $22 per person (I couldn’t eat 5 dollars worth). Staff at bar was not friendly at all.

It was a great stay. It happened to be the weekend of a rifle show, so there were lots of good folk around, making it more lively. I think I love Lexington and its surrounding beauty! The Hyatt was comfortable, clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. And the valet guys too!
