Location very central so was very good Staff were friendly Cleanliness of the room was a bit hit and miss

The location and price were the only decent things about this accomodation. It was based in the centre close to everything. The price was the cheapest we found for the location. The whole stay was awful. The room was as hot as a sauna, even with the window open and the staff just shrugged and didn’t care when we asked if we could possibly have a fan or move to another room. We were only given a small/half a toilet roll for 3 days and when we asked for another we were told no. The bathroom was disgusting and dirty. (Hair on the floor). There was no bin in the room which was very odd?! Also we were only given one towel for the 2 of us. Yes, the price was cheap and it is student halls - so you can’t expect anything fancy. But to not be able to give a second toilet roll is bizarre or a second towel seeing as we were 2 people in one room? We still paid £120 for 2 nights. We were told if we wanted any more toilet roll to go through booking .com or buy our own. What a joke! DO NOT stay here unless there is no other option.

no kettle in room

A self contained room with a shared kitchen area in a great location near Leeds city centre. It was ideal for us as we were just in town for one night to meet friends.
-
Good location for city centre and Headingly I booked 4 double rooms. The beds were slightly larger than a single and only suitable for one person. All of the rooms had problems: two rooms had a faulty lock, two rooms had awful showers with the only temperature setting being boiling or lava, one room had lice and hair in the bed and a bag of chips left on the table and one room had a loud fan outside that was on all night. Beds were uncomfortable. Sent feedback to to hotel but did not receive a response.

Location was very good, close to train station and city centre. No facilities, there was no bin or soap provided. Also would have been nice if there was a shower mat and extra towels.

Location Dirty towel

When i left and I couldn't hear the guests next door with their dulcet tones. The walls are like waifers.

Good location and easy check-in Not enough pillows in the room, mattress was poor quality and also very little sound proofing (upstairs had a party until early hours too).
-
Close to the arena, good price, easy access to local car park and has cooking facility Room was BASIC. Not even a hanger in a wardrobe. Mattress was horrendous. Wouldn’t stay here again, not sure it was really cleaned properly either. Staff were friendly and helpful though and you deffo get what you pay for

The receptionlist tired to open the door at midnight when I was almost asleep. It really confused me and scared my partner. They said they made a mistake and didn‘t realise my room was in use. Poor management and very disturbing!

Cheap Great location Friendly Staff Perfect for a night or 2 especially if your seeing a show at the first direct arena

Nothing 1 towel for 2 people, but the worst was the bed. I think I've never slept in such an uncomfortable bed, with micro pillows...
-
It is sooo hot and you can barely open the window

Location. Room size. Facilities. Bedding, something very simple but just made it so we had a rubbish nights sleep. One really thin pillow each.
