Good location with car park available close by. Clean room with everything you’d need Check in took AGES. Only one desk open and lots of large groups checking in.

The room was a lot bigger than expected and very quiet despite our room facing the shopping centre, we didn’t hear a thing. Breakfast was delicious, the scrambled eggs were so light and fluffy. The toilets in the reception area weren’t very clean but the rest of the hotel was spotless. Key card didn’t work on 2nd day so we had to go back to reception who quickly rectified the issue.

Great location, rooms clean and modern We were put in an accessible room which we didn’t mind but when we showered the plug didn’t let the water down so the bathroom floor was like a big puddle, that was fine for us as able bodied but if we were disabled it wouldn’t be very safe
