Fantastic location in the charming and lively Jewish quarter - delightful square surrounded by cafes, restaurants and bars. A 15 minute walk to the Old Town. A super roof bar to relax and look out over the area. Nothing worth mentioning

Gorgeous hotel with profoundly moving history. So many thoughtful extras like the stunning motion sensor nightlight in the bathroom. The front desk was more than helpful and accommodating to our specific needs. The location cannot be beat - it is utterly delightful. We didn’t want to leave. Absolutely nothing.

Great location. Easy access to sites. The room was comfortable and that amenities were great. I highly recommend this hotel

The handle in the bathroom kept slipping and directing water onto the floor outside the tub. It was attempted to be fixed and still problematic..

The air-conditioning didn't work it was very hot in the room

The manager Robert was very friendly and helpful along with all the other staff. It made our stay a pleasure to be there. Nothing as the location was ideal to visit areas of Krakow.

Stayed here for 3 nights, we loved the charm of the hotel. Great location, lovely quiet spacious rooms, great shower, comfy beds. Great outdoor dining area and an exceptional roof top bar! Staff we met were pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend if visiting Krakow! Nothing, everything was great!

Bathroom was too small. Very uncomfortable when sitting on the toilet, as your lega went right underneath the sink. If you are a larger person, you will have issues. Some issues with the hot water. Sometimes cold or lukewarm. TV is a bit small/old for a 4* hotel if you ask me. The bar at the top of the hotel is quite expensive.

However I had a very odd experience in one of evenings I spent there , I had placed the “do not disturb” note on the door since I didn’t want staff coming in, and somehow someone had opened the door and then closed it. I assumed that since I placed the note it shouldn’t have been a staff member but if it was anyone else then how did they have access to open the door? Anyway this incident made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe and that’s why my review for this hotel is rather negative.

Great location and staff. Really flexible and accommodating. The room was big, clean and had exceptionally comfortable beds.

I like the rooftop bar and the friendly staff. The room was a bit outdated but had its charm.

amenities Being woken up at 22:30 at night by a guest/employee opening our door and walking into our room uninvited.

I haven’t given top marks just for the following reasons: Mattresses a bit soft, prefer a firmer mattress. Room was quite hot and couldn’t always get the thermostat to work. Shower not particularly powerful.

Loved the staff , very friendly and helpful. Always ready to help. The property was a bit hot for our comfort.
-
Great place with an amazing roof top bar.

I liked staff professionality and the way I was treated. I enjoyed the breakfast food, I had access to full buffet and everything tasted good. I liked room disposition and overall feel, it was great room for one traveller. General location of the hotel is also a big plus - close to tram stop not far from Old Town and from main train station. The fact that instead of one big mattress I had 2 separate ones so I always fell between them while sleeping. That was the worst let down, especially if at first glance it looked like I had proper, wide bed.
-
Very friendly, comfortable hotel, close to the train station and external restaurants. Good hotel restaurant, with an excellent restaurant manager. Pleasant breakfast room with lovely food. We had nothing to complain about.

Excellent experience.

There was a bit of strange smell in the bathroom
