מיקום היה קצת מרוחק מהעיר העתיקה. המלון קצת ישן ובטח מבחוץ לא נראה כמו שציפיתי. כאילו חזרתי כמה עשורים אחורה

I've stayed at this hotel before. It's conveniently located in Kazimierz, on one of the main streets, but still away from all the commotion. The staff are professional and courteous. I was able to check in earlier. My room was spacious and comfortable. It had good lighting. And it had AC, which was so important during the heatwave.

Best breakfast

Location was really convenient but quiet. Breakfast was a wide variety. My bathroom was lovely - new, clean and spacious. My bedroom was a bit dark and the single bed wasn't very comfortable. The mattress kept sliding and the pillow wasn't comfortable.

Awesome Breakfast. Very polite staff. Noise in the rooms. No fridge in the rooms.

Nice and clean in a wonderful location

Great location, very clean, good breakfast, nice staff We were happy with our stay, although a few things could be improved. The double blanket was too small for two people, I would have preferred either a much larger one or two separate blankets instead. We were lucky that our room faced the quiet courtyard, however, we could still hear the tram from the street and even feel rumbling from it. Overall, the soundproofing in the room was not good. So if possible, I definitely recommend requesting a room not facing the street.

Could use 2 pillows in the single rooms. It is near a train so the bed did shake but I wear earplugs and didn’t notice any noise with them in.

-good location, close to tram lines and walking distance to the Old Town -spacious room -good A/C -room was definitely large enough to have a mini fridge -bathroom had almost no countertop space, the small shelves that were present were not sufficient -older building with little sound insulation, if other guests are loud you will hear it -at check-in, we asked about receiving an invoice at check-out, and we were told it would be possible. When we checked out at 3AM, the receptionist said I chose to have a receipt and therefore could not have an invoice. Have never experienced this at a hotel where I paid money and could not receive an invoice

I've stayed in a Hotel Kazimierz (there is more than one) before and liked it. This one is located on one of the main streets in the district, steps away from tram stops, stores, restaurants, and everything Kazimierz has to offer. The staff were nice and professional. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. It had efficient AC (important in the summer heat). Because the room faced the courtyard, I could also open the window and it was not noisy. The internet worked well. I liked that the hotel had a water dispenser. I had a really nice stay. N/A

Superb buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Great, clean room.

Clean room and bathroom, comfortable rooms with enough storage place. Furniture a bit outdated, but no problem with it. Staff was helpful and friendly, upon arrival they were ready to offerrooms close to each other. Breakfast was really great, wide range of cheese, cold cuts, fruits, yoghurt, cakes, hot meals etc. Everything of good quality. The location is great if you would like to go out: close to restaurants and bars, Old Town is easy to reach by foot. Rooms were noisy: street noise, neighbouring rooms - even housekeeping started to use the vacuum cleaner at 7h00 in the morning, and we could all hear that. A small fridge would be fine in the rooms.

The room was clean, and the receptionist was extremely helpful and accommodating. the check-out hour (12:00) was extermaly helpful. the bed wasn't so comftrable

LOCATION: 5 minutes walk from Kazimierz/the Jewish quarter and 20 minutes walk form the old town. But you can always get the tram (for the old town), which is right outside the hotel. Tram number 3 connects the hotel with the train station, too. The location is convenient to be picked up, if you book excursions (Auschwitz, Salt mines, Zakopane....). BREAKFAST: satisfying, many options The reception area. Very dark corridors. No place to put your stuff (shampoo/conditioner etc) in the shower
