Everything was just as expected. Few minutes from the stadium through well maintained park. Food was nice. People in the hotel were polite and room was clean. Variety of the breakfast was a bit limited. In the bathroom the ceiling lights also turn on the ventilation that has its own shutdown timer and it's quite loud.

The parking space was small and I had to leave my vehicle on the driveway. The bar was closed after 11pm. Rather small TV. Otherwise I was not left dissatisfied.

It's a very nice building in a perfect location next to a large park and close to the arena, next to a tram station. Super friendly staff and everything was as advertised. Breakfast was perfect and nice presented.

Very clean, great location (tram to get to the city centre is right next to the hotel and it takes 10-15min), renovated modern rooms, nice and attentive staff. They went above and beyond for us with breakfast as we were the only guests (xmas time). Nothing really!

Perfect location for a concert at the arean. Big room. Nice toiletry facilities and free water in the rooms. Restaurant open goof times of day so perfect to have food before an evening flight. Hot room. Air-conditioning wasn't working properly

The room exceeded our expectations, it was very clean and spacious with 2 bathrooms and a separate space for our daughter. The location was easy to get to, and it is also convenient if you like to take a tram and explore the Old Town of Krakow as there is a direct line to the old town which takes approximately 15 mins. The staff in the hotel is extremely nice and helpful, we appreciate that! The breakfast was also great with many options to choose from. Thank You! The only 2 things that could be improved is the food in the restaurant ( a la carte), considering there are only few places to eat nearby. And the second, the fact that the room temperature is centrally managed did not help, as it was quite warm in the room, hot day outside, so opening windows did not help.

Great accommodation, comfortable room, excellent breakfast. The hotel is in a quiet environment, on the edge of a nice park. Close to Tauron arena. Super!
