The hotel is a great choice, with easy access to the city center by tram and bus. The room and bathroom were comfortable and very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was also good. They even gave us an extra hour for checkout for free, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended! The only downsides were that the pillows were not very comfortable and the parking was too expensive.

Clean. Big rooms Location was not great but maybe I shoild have researched more. Good 30 mins walk to Krakow market square. And not a lot to look at if you go from the train station.

The free water (hot, cold, sparkling) along with free refillable glass is very nice and handy. The hotel also provides free mugs, along with free tea and coffee. For an additional price there is also a bar and a restaurant , we had tried the food and it was good as well as the drinks from the bar. Besides the food service, the room itself is very nice and comfortable with adjustable AC. The bed is very comfy, everything is overall clean. You will also find a bus/tram station right in front of the hotel, which is how we mainly traveled throughout krakow. There was nothing that we could note, nothing was really negative in our experience.

Quite good location of the hotel, restaurant is open practically all the time which gives an opportunity to grab something to eat irrespective of the time of your arrival. Fast check-in and nice and clean rooms. The lack or iron in the room - you need to ask for it separately. The lack of water in the room. Though there’s a stand with water/tea/coffee in the corridor, right in front of the elevator.

I never had surprises with Ibis, that is what i i like the most. If you have been to one you have been to all (taking in consideration the categories -green/blue/red). it is always clean and the the staff is nice. sparkling cold watter at your service in the hallway I also like the "pay at the property" policy.

Very modern hotel with a really comfortable and spacious room. The decor was really stylish throughout. The breakfast was excellent and had great variety. The tram was located right outside the front door. There was a tram every 3 minutes and only took a couple of stops to get to the centre of Krakow We were there during a heatwave where it was 30 degrees at night, the air conditioning worked but we wished it was slightly stronger.
