The hotel was very nice and in a fantastic location, offering incredible views of the Vistula River and Wawel Castle, while also being within walking distance of the Old Town. We were on the sixth floor, room 625. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to the city. Sometimes it was difficult to find seats for breakfast, plus the parking was extremely expansive, 25 euros per day, so i had to park somewhere else.

I liked the breakfast, also beds were very spacious and comfortable. Kids enjoyed SPA and pool. The location of hotel is very nice and close to the Old town. Parking wasn’t free

We needed a room for two adults and a child and we got just what we needed. Beds very comfortable and cleaned well every day. Great TV and coffee /tea facilities I know all hotels have it but don’t think the air conditioning needs to be on all the time. I tried to turn it off when it was 18 degrees outside and all you can do is set the temperature. It hums a lot at night but it wasn’t a big deal we could sleep ok

Location is nice, close to the castle, room is big with 2 large beds. We took 2 rooms, and ours was lacking the coffee machine, the drain in the shower was not working well

The food was so good - we travelled with two young kids and not only was breakfast amazing, they have a dedicated kids menu. A small play area by the lobby was a great addition. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were friendly and happy to speak English which really helped for our first time in Poland. The location was excellent. The pool was a little cooler than I would like it but certainly it was a normal pool temperature.

Everything is accessible and any claim is listened carefully. Some employees may be more warmful in their approach. The bedroom was not clean when we arrived (corrected after claim).

The location is amazing near the center 15 mins by walk , 5 mins by car No bell men to help for the bags .. Rooms were so hot

Beautifully clean, great housekeeping team. Comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast Lovely friendly staff Great leisure facilities as a bonus. Location was great too

Restaurant meals, excellent breakfast, pool, location, parking, staff. The room should be better cleaned. Deeper cleaning is needed. Beds were not very comfortable.

Room was big, clean, close to the center. Staff very nice and professional. Air-conditioning very weak which makes the stay almost unbearable, the staff did what ever they could to try and solve it but unfortunately it did not work very well. Bed was very soft and woke up with sore back.

Amazing facilities, everything is clean, very good breakfast. The staff was very helpful. The location is also great. 15 min walking from main square. Nothing worth mentioning
