The room was huge and comfortable, wuth Nespresso machine!!! Breakfast restaurant to small for the hotel, sometimes overcrowded.

Really spacious Ripon and lovely hotel. The gym is small but adequate. Breakfast was great and the staff were lovely. We ate at the rooftop restaurant one night which was gorgeous The shower by the sauna was out of order so couldn’t use it after gym

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room and restaurants were lovely - The rooftop terrace has the best cocktails in town. The location is also fantastic and is a short walk to most of the main attractions as well as the bus and trams.

Every thing was as expected, Location can’t be better, the view was directly to the river and castle, breakfast and hotel rooms was great, city parking is nearby. Nothing major to be mentioned

Really close to the old town square .Bus stop from airport around the corner and if you are over 70 all buses are free.Great choice at breakfast and really helpful staff, No negatives

Very cosy spacious comfortable room, toiletries for kids were a very nice touch. Great location, very close to the oldtown. Very good breakfast and the stuff in the cafeteria did their job very well. Really happy with our stay!! Would be nice having a hair conditioner.

Excellent breakfast, welcoming staff, good location, clean. I felt claustrophobic, because the window was locked and could not be opened. It is like being in an inside cabin.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. The hotel looks really ugly from the outside—the façade is old and has a rather dated feel. But inside, that’s a different story: everything is new, clean, and recently renovated. In short, it’s a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious enough for three people, with good finishes, and the breakfast was good. good location to visit the city by walking distance. some small details need to be fixed. if you are luck, you can find a car park just outside the hotel, or walk half a km to the nearby public parking.

Loved the room and staff The breakfast was really smal and didn’t have alot to choose from. And they were always out of something. We also tried the roof restaurant, but i recommend to read the menu before making a reservation, because the food was really special and it really lacked simpler choices and for example a kids menu
