Full of character and great location. Nice and well decorated deluxe room full of light. Poor sound proofing in interconnecting rooms. Dirty seats in the restaurant, lack of turn down and luggage assistance. Service at breakfast could be better.

I’ve booked the room and after check in the room turned out to be very small and the bed was maybe 90cm wide (something like servants room). Terrible. The building and service itself was great.

The Hotel Francuski is elegant, and is restored to its early 20th Century grandeur. Prices are high but fair. Staff are well trained, diligent, and professional. Facilities are well maintained. The restaurant is top tier. I could live there! There was nothing I did not like.

The location was perfect being just a short stroll from the main square and the staff were all very nice especially on reception who were very helpful. We had 3 rooms, 2 of which were very large family rooms with a separate sleeping area for the grandchildren. The decor is in keeping with the age of the building. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Perhaps the breakfast room could be a bit bigger for the size of the hotel as it's open to the public as well.

The hotel has an amazing decor, it was clean and the staff was helpful and very nice. We got the family room which is two connected rooms so very spacious.The hotel is in great location. The location is great but tram stop is far due to construction. The pillows were not comfortable.
