It would be nice to have a reasonable amount of shampoo/body wash.

Friendly staff, very helpful. The room was large and comfortable, Great shower. good breakfast. A bit of a walk to the center (rain didn't help, no fault of the hotel). Parking on site and secure.

Great location. Nice spacious room. Great value for money. I liked that the reception was open 24/7. Asked for a room in the inner court and on the top floor, it was exactly what I got. Really appreciate that! Breakfast buffet selection was a bit small, but it had all the essential covered and it all tasted delicious. The breakfast seemed to be more of quality over quantity kind of situation. From the top floor in the inner courtyard, you even have a view towards the krakow castle from the rooms balcony. Most places to visit were all within walking distance. Only negative thing was the shower, everything else was great and up to good standards. The shower door was broken off its hinge on the left door, it kept coming off the rails after fixing it. The shower floor a bit slippery, and the shower head didn't stick in the holder. At one point the shower head turned by itself due to water pressure in the holder and aimed towards the ceiling while running. And the shower temperature handle was also very sensitive, you had to adjust it by the millimeter.

My neighbor was having a party (very loud sound). Unfortunately, they could do nothing because "the policy is to tolerate noise until 22:00". When you go there, be sure to throw a party in your room, and don't worry, the hotel will support you.

No guarantee for your car's private parking in the hotel, be aware. It was a hassle to find parking elsewhere, it's was quite misleading from the hotel's information on websites that they have their own private parking for guests cars and turns out that they have very limited spaces (just few) and nothing about the reservations for car parking at all. Also the hotel rooms need some retouching because the walls look dirty and worn out. Also, I couldn't put my charging cables into some sockets near the bed or else I would have broken my cable plug, the entrance of sockets may have defect, so I charged my devices in other spots of the room. If you stay in the hotel more than one night, the breakfast choice is the same. I recommend staying here just for one night, it meets all basic requirements but not exceed higher expectations.

Spacious and confortable room. Great breakfast. No small refrigerator in the room. No international tv channels available on the TV. There should be at least 1 english news channel.

Almost everything. The room is very well maintained, the seating/tv area in the room is great, I love having a desk to be able to set up my laptop and organize, and the bathroom is nice, big, and the shower has great water pressure Good sleep is everything in a hotel so so major points lost on the “king” bed being just two single beds pushed together. I know a lot of continental Europe does that but it’s time to do better. That’s not a king bed. The fact is I sank into the hole on the middle several times and my back is killing me now. What made it worse was the blanket was just a twin size blanket laid sideways to drape over the mattress to look like it’s a king bed.

Great location, very kind stuff, generous and delicious breakfast! Full Blinders and harder pillows could be improvement to consider

Breakfast was fun - a brown paper bag every morning outside our door with a collection of breakfast goodies. Plenty of food. We used half of it for a packed lunch when we went skiing. Very nice suite

Welcoming, helpful staff. Spacious, clean room. Reserved parking available and just blocks from Old Town.

Location of the hotel was perfect. Only 15 minutes walk to the main square and the Jewish quarter with plenty of reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, good breakfast selection, friendly staff and our room even had views of the Wawel castle. Definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
