Location Bar to small

Its a small boutique focus on simplicity, design and comfort. It is an all adult hotel with only a few rooms so it feels very exclusive. There is a small fine dining space that has simple crafted healthy polish food. It is on a quiet street that feels less traveled however you are at the entrance of a wonderful park and only a block away from the hustle and bustle. I truly enjoyed my stay as I was looking for privacy yet close vicinity. Only thing is that house keeping did not come to clean the room even after I requested for it when I left hotel.

A big, modern hotel inside a historical building in downtown Krakow. I was given a room on the top floor which felt extravagantly spacious and with a lot of personality with a rooftop window. The bed was extremely comfortable. The rooftop windows were unique but it seems that the shades were broken some time ago and never repaired; therefore, I woke up with the sun and not my alarm.

Nice, big room.

Location of the hotel was ideal, not far from the main square. The breakfast was superb and absolutely value for money. The lack of a bar/lounge to relax, meet up and particularly while waiting for taxis etc - not opening the bar until 5pm was a nuisance to our large group.

The excellent staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, very clean and modern. The Wifi is fast and reliable. The hotel can be reached by taxi (some parts of the old town are restricted for cars). The hotel is advertised as quiet, but it is actually quite noisy. The main problem is the lack of any sound insulation of the room doors, and one hears every sound from the whole floor. To make things worse, the hotel staff starts vacuuming the floor early in the morning. It seems that the air conditioning can't be switched to cooling during winter time even if it is too warm, but sleeping with open window was possible.

Breakfast & location Problems with the room being too hot Mon. Complained tues but it was the same tues night. Complained weds & it was resolved by turning system off. They they turned it back on when we were out thurs eve so it was 23c again that night. Staff said "just open the window"! Window hits furniture if u try to open & it was too noisy due to room situation. 4 nights, 3 with no sleep. On the 1st 2 nights the tv also turned itself on during the night!! After 2 days they just turned the power off completely.

Good location, near the train station and the old town. Nice staff. Delicious breakfasts. The restaurant is not big, but the food is delicious, there was live music in the evening. Nice room, comfortable bed. I only lowered the score because of the problems with the hairdryer: it was inconvenient to use, the hairdryer folded on its own, the staff could not give me another hairdryer and the socket in the bathroom did not work, I turned on the hairdryer in the room.

Hotel, was everything we needed, location was superb.

No late check-out, no bathrobes and slippers, 4 star hotel, really? Breakfast was not tasty, so we decided to go somewhere else to eat, rooms are so small, but it is okay for this location, location is great for sure, but amenities…

Very cosy and beautiful room, perfect for a winter break in the city. Comfortable bed, great bathroom, warm room especially given the very cold temperatures outside. Loved our stay there ! The breakfast area is in the -1 floor, the service was very good and the breakfast was of great quality.
