Hotel Teatr

This is a beautiful renovated hotel. Centrally located yet quiet.

The closeness of the hotel to the centre of the old town, yet as it was a couple of streets away, it was quiet. The wardrobe door banged every time the fridge switched on (as it was in the same unit). The first night it kept waking us up, but the second night (when we had figured out the problem), we put a towel in the doorway of the wardrobe, which stopped the noise. I would also have liked more chopped fruit for breakfast (although there was plenty of whole fruits).

Loved the breakfast array, the hot option included, and the helpfulness of the breakfast staff. The room was sparkling clean, and the location could not have been better-- just blocks from the Old Town.

We were met with a warm welcome and were quickly checked in and shown our room. As it was already quite late, we just went to the hotel bar for a couple of night caps. The breakfast buffet was very good, with eggs, pancakes etc freshly cooked to order. Our room was conveniently located for us on the ground floor (my wife has mobility problems following surgery and has difficulty with stairs); however, there was an elevator to the upper floors. The hotel was perfectly located for what we had planned to do and see in Krakow. Nothing really - everything was more than satisfactory.

Very nice location. Everything is new and clean There was nothing I didn’t like but if you can tolerate an apartment without a help desk or daily cleaning you can get a similar facility for cheaper.

The stuff went out of their way to be helpful and kind. They showed flexibility and were informative when needed.

I liked the location. I liked how polite and helpful everyone that worked there was. My stay was 5 days and many different staff helped me. Great breakfast, wonderful staff. Nothing.

Could improve on the pillows and towels comfort

Motel is one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. Rooms are very big and well done. The suite is perfect for families. Three big rooms with two bathrooms. Location is very good. In center and close to train station. Would highly recommend and will be back to stay Nothing

in the last night we didn't have hot water

Location was amazing! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to which was great for the Christmas Markets and sightseeing. Loved the room! It was so beautiful with the exposed brick and the bathroom was huge! Nothing

The staff was very helpful. Being in a room on the ground floor it was a bit noisy.
