Perfect location, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! The rooms were spotlessly clean and I highly recommend a stay here! No fridge space for personal items, no breakfast included, bad WiFi and outdated TVs. The price was also incredibly high

The staff was very kind and helpful when I arrived with an unexpected mobility problem. They went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. The location was perfect for the Christmas Market and any other time of the year to enjoy Krakow. The room was lovely and quiet. Really a perfect place to be to enjoy this beautiful city. Nothing. It was perfect.

The location was fantastic, right in the center of the Old Town Square. The staff greeted us upon arrival and made us feel welcomed. The staff gave us the best local restaurant recommendations and anything we requested. The building is historical and well maintained. Our room was equipped with everything we needed to include coffee, and a mini bar.

So, so. Nothing special but the price was very high. No couch to relax, small room. The room was a a little cold but we couldn't make it warmer.
