The value for money is incomparable to anything similar you can find on the island. The staff are very nice and were attentive to all our needs and concerns. The infinity pool and sunbeds are simply fantastic, Great restaurant, bar and service too. The staff also help with motorbike rental. Rooms were cleaned very nicely and timely The hot water in the shower was a little tricky to get running, room for improvement and maintenance. The pool bar can get very crowded and frankly the behavior of the customers and also some hotel guests were very inappropriate. Our personal space on the sunbeds was invaded several times, some people were ignorantly jumping in the pool splashing water and talking very loudly, bringing outside food and drinks, and some hotel guests were watching loud television late in the night which we could hear in our room despite windows/doors closed and air conditioning turned on. We informed the staff and they immediately took action, so credit to them. But there definitely needs to be some house rules set and enforced in order to protect the zen of hotel guests and customers. And this is coming from a returning customer, it was our third stay here and we normally love it

It was a bit too isolated for me - no neighbours as I would've liked. Not enough nature.

The location is perfect with a great view. The All day restaurant overlooking the sea serves quality and delicious food. A highly recommendable property.

The villa was not clean , and we inform the staff about it the cleaning lady told us is normal because there is not a lot of custumer on the moment , but we paid for the villa so we expect it to be clean an not to argue with it , the bedsheet was dirty the pillow start to be yellow, there was insects everywhere seems like the cleaning lady don’t care about it at all

Great place, the view, food and staff! The biggest issue was the hotel's recommendation of a rental company (they are partners). If anything happens (I hope not), be ready to get robbed. They will fully charge x2-10 for each part (more than at any other place), not possible to negotiate, for example, they charged 600bht for a phone holder which costs like 70bht on Lazada! Please stay away from their rental, you can search on Google Maps "Haad Salad Express", it's around the corner and has like 1-star review. Be aware!

Really beautiful Villa. Only the bath downstairs looks like the house has been build around it. It was old and broken. The restaurant is perfect.

Nice view, and personnel are helpful The villa was not as advertised. TV was missing, as was the bathtub in the downstairs room. Air conditioning was unreliable and broke down frequently. Kitchen equipment installed but not all functional. Swimming pool had a leak and was dirty. It only got fixed on the last day and so we couldn't use it. And basic amenities such as shower gel were missing.

Very beautiful place to relax with family Inconsiderate people that also stayed at the resort!! Blocking our car in and went out on a day trip. The lady of the hotel was very helpful and organised taxis for us to go to the beach and supermarket. Some people are just ignorant and selfish!!!

Fab view over Haad Salad and beyond. Went for morning swim at 8am but told pool not yet vaccuumed and open. Disappointing for a holiday stay. The day before we had gone for swim and asked about a pool towel. The girl just said ‘No’. We asked another staff member who brought us 2 towels. Was it she just couldn’t be bothered? Stayed 10 days and staff probably least friendly we encountered. We chose not to eat there because of it. They did seem to get better at the end but pretty lacklustre - maybe a reflection of poor management or how they are treated?? Daily room clean a little excessive .. we didn’t need new room towels every day which is bad for environment plus they still use plastic straws in drinks!! 2 in one drink even! So unnecessary and single use - so bad for environment.

Super comfy beds, out of this world views, staff super friendly. The restaurant next door was so convenient and the food was amazing also the cappuccino was fabulous best on the island I’d say. Staff were so attentive and couldn’t do enough for you can’t wait to come back. Nothing we loved it all nothing to complain about.

The view was probably the only decent thing about the accommodation. There was building work going on all around the property which was very, very noisy from around 7.30am. If we had known about this then we would not have booked the accommodation. The lock to the door did not feel secure as there was a huge gap. There was no lighting down the steep drive to the villa. The freezer door was broken off which then meant the remaining items in the fridge froze as the temperature was thrown off. Whilst I am sure that at some point this accommodation was superb, it is very tired and basic. I.e one mug to share between our party.

Location wasn’t great for a young family. I thought I’d booked the high life bungalows but accidentally booked the villas. Pool went green by middle of the week and didn’t look clean. No where to sit - couch wasn’t comfortable at all. Nowhere to hang towels, no hooks. No amenities .. no coffee/ tea. Kettle didn’t boil the water properly.
