We had a home looking straight at the beach with a balcony that is secluded and a bath that was just so spoiling and just right. The service was just amazing and they were always doing the extra mile for us. If it’s the clothes we hung out to dry and after room service we arrived to finding them all folded. When we forget something in the hotels taxi service and the next time we arrived in the room it was waiting for us there. We enjoyed everything second of our stay and are thankful for the time being there

Loved the location. The beach has just enough going on but still very mellow. The staff was all so friendly. We had an issue with the room and it was addressed immediately. Loved the little coworking area under the restaurant. It is on a steep hill, but it didn’t bother us at all. Beautiful views, and the restaurant is pretty good too. The hot water heater was broken and the ac wasn’t really blowing. We let the staff know and they came to fix it right away. The air conditioner worked fabulously after but unfortunately, the water heater didn’t work for more than an hour after they fixed it. Luckily, it’s so hot. It didn’t bother us that much.

Nothing Hôtel très difficile d’accès : il est indiqué qu’une golfette est disponible pour faciliter les déplacements, mais elle n’est proposée qu’à l’arrivée. Ensuite, l’accès se fait uniquement à pied avec une très forte montée, ce qui est vraiment contraignant. Il n’y a pas d’accès direct à la plage, contrairement à ce que l’on pourrait attendre. La salle de bain est très rustique et malheureusement pas propre, avec de la moisissure visible. Un réel effort devrait être fait sur le ménage et l’entretien. Enfin, la chambre ne correspond pas aux photos présentées. Globalement, l’expérience n’est pas conforme à ce qui est annoncé

Remote and quiet. Staff get you what you ask. Some facilities for cooking are welcome when there are very little good food options nearby. - Staff open your door without knocking. This happened every time except for one - No toiletries despite description - depending on your room assignment, sea view is not really a sea view. This should be sold as a partial view. - Dirty sheets and sticky floor on arrival; Gave us a bottle of water as consolation but it was already opened?? - Room is full of mosquitoes; mosquito nets are sized for a double bed, not two twins depending on your room - Two reception desks, one at the top and one at the bottom of a hill, and they don’t tell you when either is open - Hammock is totally soiled - Poolside beds are dirty - Mold in the showers - bug infestation in the wood of the cottage - staff trick you of money; we had one person ask us to pay for pool, and the next day we find out it’s free. When we complained it was met with understanding but turned vengeful afterwards. Honestly the worst experience on our trip when it was meant to be relaxing. Lost 3 days to stress here.

The beach The pool, the bed and the slopes inside the hotel. Also, there was no shade in the room to protect from the morning sun.

The room was spacious! And there were resident cats that visits every once in a while. The sea view from our room was lovely! The resort is pretty steep. We have to do a mini hike everytime we want to go out. From our room until the parking lot. Also, the room we had didn’t really feel like there was privacy as we pass by other rooms on our floor. So we can basically see them if they’re hanging out on their porch as it’s just one big porch for all 4 rooms.

Amazing for families! Gorgeous views. Perfect clean pool (larger than it looks) the staff are beyond welcoming and friendly. Everyone seems happy to work there. Food was very good, huge delicious breakfast. Room was very clean. All this on a perfect beach. Our kids age 9&10 had a blast! Nothing!

Bungalow was big, pool was lovely. Staff were excellent. Quiet location. Breakfast and restaurant were delicious- no need to leave the property! Access to the beach was a bit difficult. A clear path or walkway would be nice.

The resort was lovely and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to our friends and family. The breakfast situation is very confusing.

Quite far from parties and shops. Without bike - you stick there on this beach

Location very nice and staff super friendly and helpful! Not good value for a lot of money. Rooms definitely need renovation, bed was horribly uncomfortable (like a halfpipe), pillows very hard. The price is too high for what you are getting.

All the staff members, especially the breakfast staff, are incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and had a ton of selection to choose from. We loved swinging in the hammock from our balcony and gazing at the sea. The Haad Salad was a short walk from the hotel. The pool was clean and refreshing. The wifi was very weak in the room. It made it difficult to do any sort of work that requires the internet. The bathroom was dark since there are no windows in there. The shower pressure was weak. The bed is on the firmer side for me.

We stayed there for a couple of days, and in the mornings the staff was very noisy, a lot of shouting between them and we couldn’t get proper sleep. We felt that the staff wasn’t very friendly and didn’t respect our rest.

we have a 2 room villa with excellent view! the restaurant (breakfast and more) was excellent. great view and great food.
