There were constant renovations near the pool and around the rooms, to the point that it seriously disrupted a pleasant stay. The hotel was not clean and not properly maintained. The staff made no real effort to help and did little beyond handing over the room key.

nothing I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The service was extremely poor — staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, and it often felt like guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority. The room was not properly cleaned, and basic requests took far too long to be addressed, if at all. I would not recommend this place and definitely won’t be returning.

If you renting a bike its the best place to be , the staff are amazing especially chang from the pool bar , everyone kind amazing pool view at sunset I recommend it wasabi restaurant next to it is a must visit

Amazing infinity pool! I had cockroaches in the room. There is a climb to get out of the room (especially terrible when you carry a luggage and the way is not paved) It's very dark to get to the room that you need to open a flashlight to see the way and open the room. The shower head is very small, barely wash anything, which is sad because the shower itself is beautiful and big. The bad mattress was extremely hard. For me, it was painful to sleep on

The sunset views were stunning The sea view villa was perfectly situated with a hammock positioned to really enjoy the sunset. The villa also afforded absolute privacy. The pool was very nice The room was well equipped, if a little dated. Staff were helpful and accommodating Bathroom was a little dated.

Because of the limited english skills of the crew I had really bad experience. Unfortunately, they act like they fully understand you but then you only realize it’s not the case.They do it with 100% good intention :( I’m really sorry I was almost missing my boat because the taxi they ordered for me left me in a wrong place. I had only 10 minutes to find a new cab with limited cash. Such an anxiety, suca a disaster.

View from the pool I think the customer service could improve. I felt it was hard to organise extra towels for a child despite letting the reception know. When I asked for help I was told to speak to the boss. I believe staff member can ask the boss on clients behalf. The air-conditioning was noisy, the sink was blocked

I enjoyed the pool, which offered a fantastic view, and the staff were lovely, as was the food served there. With four people in the Superior Family Room, it felt like a motel situated next to a noisy road and was very cramped. One mattress was broken and all in bad shape, and although we requested a solution at the reception, nothing was done. With only a locked door separating our room from the neighboring one, we could hear every conversation, fart, alarm, from our neighbors. I wouldn't recommend staying in rooms adjacent to the busy street.

The staff was exceptional and so kind! They were helpful in finding me accommodation for the ferry as well as a scooter, the food was delicious and the pool is immaculate! The room was extremely spacious and comfortable with a working kitchen as well (: I didn’t know how to work the induction stove top that plugged in but that’s a user error!

Amazing pool with a stunning view. The pool guys were very friendly and helpful (not like the receptionists) Terrible receptionist. 0 effort to help you with anything and seems like they don’t speak English and don’t even seem to try to understand or at least give u a smile. Cockroaches in the room. It seemed like they didn’t care when we told them and no discount was given. No bed lamps. Asked for towels - came 10 hours later. Electricity went out during the morning and day, and in general the lights kept flickering during the whole stay. You need a scooter if you stay here.

Looking a bit tired now, beds were rock hard. Aircon was noisy, asked them to fix and they did but in doing so noticed aircon hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The whole place needs maintenance. Food was ok, better on the Island. The view was amazing though and location ok to. You need a Bike.
