The room was very nice with plenty of space When I booked, it stated check in time as 2:00. We arrived at 2:30 and were told room was not ready and it would take 15 minutes. It took more than 30. Also, we discovered that both body wash bottles (sink and tub) were empty. Told front clerk about it at checkout.

Jackhammering at 7:00 in the morning manager smartly put people right above the construction. Her response was I didn't think a jackhammer would be that loud meanwhile the hotel is 80% empty. Photos of the owner and construction guys laughing about all the complainants also a photo of the excuse they gave where they weren't everyone.
