Fabulous chalet in a beautiful setting. A real wow factor when you walk into the chalet. Smells like a spa and offers all the comforts you would expect at this level. Truly wonderful stay. The service at breakfast could have been better. Not enough attention to detail. We were left to keep asking for our order to be taken and on one occasion we ordered our morning drinks but they never arrived.

Everything. From the moment you walk into reception, to the moment you check-out you will be amazed by every detail. The service, the rooms, the hotel, the chalet, the breakfast, the beds, the quality of everything in the rooms - unbelievable!! Best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel, they will quite literally find a way to cater for you whatever you need. We were a group of 6 girls and felt so looked after, loved the drop off and pick up to the ski lifts - super easy! We can't wait to come back. There is not one thing to dislike!

Everything! Especially our penthouse and the service. The location is great with a wonderful view towards Streif. The chalet is beautifully furnished and very convenient, every apartment has its own sauna which is great. The breakfast is one of the best we’ve had. And the staff is amazing, in particular a lady at the hotel restaurant. I’m so sorry I forgot her name but she took such care of our family, I don’t have enough words to thank her. Our only recommendation would be to heat a bit more the pool.

beautiful location, spectacular views from the chalet, beautifully maintained and stylish interior, great staff, great breakfast, lovely pool, great spa. The accommodation is very high cost..even though you would expect this, given the luxury location facilities, it would be crazy expensive to spend more than just a couple of day there. Also, the food in the bar and restaurant in the evenings is very over-priced. for just a simple schnitzel with fries in the every informal bar, you pay about EUR 25 and it is nothing special...The breakfast is good but would recommend to eat out in closeby restaurants in the evenings for nicer food at lower cost.
